Star studded event: Ralph Lauren evening hosted by Oprah Winfrey

Eid is well and truly behind us, so we thought we’d get you in the mood for the weekend by giving you a fashion feast for the eyes.

The wonderful powerhouse that is Oprah Winfrey hosted an event recently for Ralph Lauren, A list celebrities attended the event in NYC, to raise funds for a cancer charity close to Ralph Lauren’s heart.

The fashion was well, fabulous and you can view all the pictures HERE.

We were also enthralled by the video of the event, (celeb spotting is one of our favourite things to do and it’s interesting to see that stars like Naomi Watts and Uma Thurman look less confident on the red carpet than less well known stars like Kerry Washington). Be warned the video is long at over 10 minutes, and contains flash photography but sure it’s nearly lunchtime and nearly the weekend so indulge yourself!
